nikki astrologer website birth chart reading planet

Do you know your Zodiac sign? Great! But this is only a position of the Sun on your birthday. There are 5 personal planets that represent different sides of your personality: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars. And each one has its own Zodiac sign, which can give you much more information about your character.

Besides that, there are 4 more planets, a rising sign, and fictive points on the ecliptic like Nodes and Lilith.

Furthermore, all of them are placed in one of 12 houses which represent different areas of our life.

And last but not least – all of them have favorable or tense connections with each other.

Only by analyzing all those elements of your birth chart, you can see all the facets of your person.

Well, let’s get started!

1. The SUN

The sun is your identity. It’s how you shine out into the world. It represents the vital force that drives you to seek the highest expression of your true self.

Your sun sign is how you answer the question “Who I am?” and how you experience life and express your individuality. It also represents the type of energy that you need to feel revitalized. For example, your sun sign’s element is helpful in understanding your self-expression tendencies and how you recharge.

Gemini, Libra, or Aquarius: you love to express yourself intellectually and often recharge on social media.

Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius: you are motivated by inspiration and aspirations and energized by physical activity and the achievement of your goals.

Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn: you are motivated by material needs and practicality and are recharged by working with the physical world productively and nourishing your senses.

Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces: you are motivated by deep emotional desires and recharge through emotional experiences and intimate involvement with people.

2. The MOON

The Moon is the soul behind your identity. It describes what you need to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.

It is the subconscious side of yourself that you typically keep hidden and is the driving force behind your emotional reactions.

Your moon sign helps you feel pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow, and gives insight into how you nurture and restore yourself. It is the mecca of your inner world.

For example, your moon sign’s element is helpful in understanding your inner world and how you typically react in emotional situations.

Gemini, Libra, or Aquarius: you react to changing experiences with insight and objective judgment. You feel most in tune with your inner self when you express ideas and interact in society.

Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius: you react to changing experiences with direct action and excitement. You feel most in tune with your inner self when you express confidence and demonstrate strength.

Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn: you react to changing experiences with poise and stability. You feel most connected to your inner world when you are productive and working toward a goal.

Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces: you react to changing experiences with sensitivity and emotion. You feel most in tune with your inner self when the senses are deeply involved.

3. Rising sign (Ascendant)

This is the sign that was rising on the Eastern horizon the moment you were born.
While your moon sign is said to indicate the inner you, your rising sign is said to indicate the outer you and how other people perceive you. In some ways, your rising sign is a mask that you wear, hiding your true inner self until you get to know someone on a deeper level.

4. Mercury

Your mind, thoughts, and communication style are associated with the planet Mercury. This sign reveals how you express yourself, and it can give you the self-awareness to learn from and interact with others.

5. Venus

Venus is the planet of love, beauty, and romance. Its position in your birth chart indicates how you give and fall in love. Venus also describes what you need to feel joyful and happy in your romantic relationships and trysts, plus your relationship with money.

6. Mars

Mars shows on the chart those places and situations in which we want to compete, work hard, and spend energy. It’s our motivation (and the reason for procrastination). The planet of activity and sexual energy.
