The Summer Solstice is considered one of the main celebrations of the Sun! And the Sun symbolizes our self-esteem, charisma, and awareness. It is a great day for self-love and working with your inner child and self-esteem.

Look at your life: what would you like to change? What should you get rid of that you no longer need in life? On this day, it is ideal to do programming and planning for six months ahead, to set new goals.

It is great to spend this day in nature or at least take a walk in the park.
